Hire Our Heroes is a nonprofit that helps Veterans across the nation find gainful employment in the corporate world, making for a more successful transition once they’ve returned home.
Challenge
With this partnership, WDG needed to turn an outdated site into a vital digital portal that matched the HOH Partners and their career training with the needs of Veterans.egy.
Solution
With a branding update and 3rd party integrations that improved the registration/sign-up funnel, we were able to better communicate the impact and dynamics of HOH.
Results
We created an intuitive, actionable site that connected more Veterans with more careers: over 10,00 Veterans registered in 2018.

Our development team swooped in and provided 3rd party integrations such as Gravity Forms, Salesforce, SSO Account Creation, IDme verification. These API’s created an efficient way for more Veterans to find IT and corporate jobs.

Designing a Better Future
Varied Style Scapes provided a design exploration that gave HOH freedom and autonomy with their aesthetic direction. The visuals deftly blended the merge of military and office culture that is at the core of HOH and provided a fresh rebrand.

We provided a content management system where creation and publication were simplified. A template-driven platform allowed HOH partners to better manage their content, messaging and branding.
This further connected Veterans with professional opportunities and ensured that HOH’s digital presence was a beacon for the future careers of our nation’s heroes.
